The order arrived very late. In fact 18 days after order. In this day and age 1 week is considered a long time and for such a lightweight small item that's a very reasonable statement. In requesting a refund and return as a result of purchasing an alternative due to waiting so long, I was only offered the return policy which makes no sense returning as delivery back is to China and costs 20 to 30 US dollars. I accepted a 30% refund and could keep the item. After opening the item, the draw string was half missing. The service communication was good. The company policy is poor and I fell based on this I would not recommend ordering especially when making a decision to buy online, one can't try the fit of the product. I'm yet to use the product but having tried them on, the fit does not seem like a traditional sizing fit of most brands. Short and skimpy would be my summation. Anyway. How's this helps.

Far too small, poor quality, can’t get a refund. Nowhere on your website does it say buyers need to pay shipping fees back to China. Extremely bad experience all round.
