The Wizard Heritage Jersey (2026WC Edition)

The shirt is beautiful. The details are amazing, everything is stitched beautifully. Somehow managed to order the wrong size - the size i wanted was out of stock and i didn’t realize that a size Small was added to my cart along with the rest of my order. When I received the shipping notice I saw that this jersey was the wrong size and reached out to customer service. After several interactions with them, we came to an agreement in a shirt my size that was fair to me and generous in their part.

Quality item with stitching

Hello, I ordered and paid for a jersey from your shop, but unfortunately it is too small. I would like to return it, however I have not received a return label and there is no option on your website to create or download one. I have already contacted your customer service by email, but I have not received any response. At the moment, I feel left without support and do not know how to proceed with the return. This is very disappointing and does not reflect good customer service. Could you please provide me with instructions on how to return the jersey and arrange a refund as soon as possible?
