I cant give it more than 1 star vecause 20 days after ordering this, I still dont have it and the UPS app shows the package took a “DOUBLE round-trip” from denver to KC. It’s been sitting in KC for almost a week now. Why is local pickup not an option for local customers? Id like to pick up my hat and plush when that part of the order processes. Theres no reason at all that it should take 3 weeks for a package to go from denver, to denver!!!
