Buff Lashes - Korean Lash Lift System - Step 1 - 15ml

Used the product once and it’s already busted. It’s the airtight tubes that continue to squeeze out product on its own and it busted the lid. I emailed support a week ago with pictures with no response. I was hoping to get a replacement since it was obviously packaging error but they will not get back to me. I have also used the chat box on the website with no response.

I’m loving this product, but I have to do 3 stars bc of the cap. I don’t know if this is all of them, or mine is faulty. The cap doesn’t secure and is leaking product. Which isn’t great. Product he’s self works great.

I’ve been using Buff Browz lash lift products successfully for quite some time and have always achieved consistent results. After switching to the new pink-packaging formula, I experienced a complete lift failure on a client despite following my usual protocol. I’ve also noticed multiple reports from other professionals expressing similar concerns about the performance of this formula. At this point, I’d like to request a refund or replacement, as the product is not performing comparably to the previous version and has impacted my services.
