Buff Lashes - Korean Lash Lift System - Step 1 - 15ml

The product itself? Amazing. The packaging? Horrendous. I used it once and it’s almost half empty because even though it was tightly sealed the product just kept oozing out of the bottle. I’m so disappointed. And it was only the step one doing this, not the other products.

I ordered this system because it was supposed to have faster processing time. I was using the Black tube cyatamine based products before this. It definitely doesn't give faster processing time. Both of the lash lifts I did using this system took the double the time I was expecting. Step 1 alone process for over 20 minutes (with saran wrap) and they still didn't seem ready to move on the step two. I had done lash lifts on both clients previously with the black tube line and it worked way better and faster. I reached out to customer support over my concerns and never received a respond back. The results were underwhelming and the lack of respond from customer service was very disappointing, as I use a lot of Buff Browz products and order from them frequently. Would not recommended this system.

the packaging for step one is AWFUL! i have now had 3 different step ones pop exposing all the product to air. i’ve emailed, commented and DMed to get no reply. really frustrating. i like the product too just the packaging is awful and in turn after the 3rd one popping i’ve now lost over a 100 dollars on product and had to cancel appointments.
