Poor quality, even worse customer service

Poor quality product, even worse customer service I ordered this England shirt on the 1st June, delivery stated Royal Mail 48 hour, By the 10th June, it hadn’t even been dispatched, emailed them and they told me it had, so I trusted them, got to the 16th and I’d had nothing, so I emailed them again, told them I want a refund, no reply, but strangely within a couple of hours, it had been dispatched. I finally received the shirt on the 18th, as I’d missed the first England game I decided I would wait till the next one to wear it. Put it on and the wife pointed out there is a hole in the sleeve on the seam, I emailed straight away, heard nothing, left it a couple of days, emailed again, this time with pictures, heard nothing again, left it a few days this time, now here I am writing this review. Will never be using this company again, that’s for sure!

Took a long time to arrive, when it did, opened up to wear for the first time and it had a hole in the shoulder where the seam between shoulder and sleeve is, that could have been forgiven, i’m bot nieve enough to think things like this don’t happen, however, i contacted them via email twice via their own ‘report an issue” link and sent pictures, heard nothing at all and still haven’t. I wont be buying from here again, thats for sure

Great quality top! I would have given it a 5 but it took ages to be delivered! However have patience because the shirts are great! I had the original from 1990 but unfortunately it doesn’t fit anymore!
