Columbia C505s Hazen Sunglasses

Incomplete install

Delivery was great and I was glad to find them. However, there is a problem. I bought this frame as exact replacement to my Walmart perscription sunglasses. A year later the arm of the sunglasses broke (on the arm pivot point). I purchased your frame at their suggestion. I took them in for repair. Instead ot trading arms, they started to trade lens between frames. The old frames broke on top of lens on removal... and they said that they were leary to install my perscription lens into the new lens. Huhhh Can you help??? These were the same frames the perscription lens came in.
