Unisex Breathable Mesh Pork Pie Hat

First, your ads show the hats being taken out of a box. They arrived in a plastic mailer envelope, which means they were totally crushed. Your ads also show looking at a person‘s hand through the mesh of the pork pie hat. The weave on the pork pie is much too tight to see your hand through it, the same with the flat cap. Finally, I ordered a Gray pork pie hat. As you can clearly see, a black one was shipped. I am beyond unhappy. If you’ll give me an address, I’ll send them back and you can refund my money. I

It was not packed well, they were shipped in a plastic bag, and arrived crushed. I’ve been working them into shape. Also, they are marked the same size, the blue hat fits, but the black one is tight. It makes no sense to me.

I have no idea about the quality of the hats because I never received it. It ships from China, which Im okay with waiting 2-3 weeks, if it actually arrives. They use a logistic company that is no help and has no accountability. It says it was delivered and "Left with Individual," but no one was one. There was no signature of photo proof of delivery. It says they are a 3rd party and gives you the runaround. Contacted customer support support and you only get an automated AI response. No one actually reads your email because the response did not related to my email. My email said I did not receive my order when it says it was delivered. The response was about shipping delays, my order is on route, and sends the shipping link. I have since sent two additional emails and received no response. I paid for shipping protection but what's the point if no one answers. I have not received any sort of resolution.
