I ordered the pink tote hamper specifically for someone that loves pink.. the hamper arrived with another coloured tote, I wasn’t notified this was going to happen. I contacted the company about getting a replacement or refund and instead I was offered a $20 gift card to spend with them which I obviously was not interested in doing, won’t order from here again.
