Hard Bottom Dog Backseat Cover™

I didn’t even get what I ordered. It says it’s a hard bottom dog backseat cover but the one I got is it a hard bottom it’s just soft and it’s just like the one I have so the one that’s in this picture that I ordered is nothing like what came in the mail. I need to return it if somebody could please tell me how to return it.

I have tried multiple times to submit a question and ask for a refund. My order of two covers was NOTHING like the website and pictures portrait. It is not hardbottomed and does not cover the complete seat. Complete waste of money as no one will reply with a solution.

Order arrived and completely wrong, ordered 2 XL "hard bottom" dog backseat covers in different colors, 2 covers arrived but would not cover a bus seat and both in same color. THEN to get a refund you have to send them pictures of the incorrect items and THEN they have to send the pictures to another department before they can make a decision! You shipped the wrong items KIVORI own up to it!
