White Rose with Bronze Stem Keepsake Urn

I gave this white rose a 5 star because its prettier in person, but the blue box it came in was damaged. Shipping box there was no damage, I think what happened was the one who put the rose inside the blue box, put the rose facing the wrong way and the 1 pedal standing straight up jabbed into the box causing a hole. Had the rose been turned the other way there wouldve been two pedals-one to each side, and there wouldn't have been damage to the blue box. I asked for a replacement box, as I plan on displaying this rose urn for my grandma, and the hole is an eye sore, and I want it perfect.
