Art does not fill mat

The art and mat are nice, but the art I purchased on it does not even fill the entire mat. There is a thick band of white along the top where the art stops and a thin line on the right hand side where the art doesn't fill the border. Not the best quality of QC, disappointed for the amount of money I paid.
