Acid Buddy – Coffee Cacao

I was very impressed with the Coffee-Cacao acid! I had never heard of, nor tried an acid before. It mixed easily and I used the acid to make a Country Club cocktail. A clear, and much lighter, take on an espresso martini. Loved it! Would consider trying out other acids as well. Thank you for an excellent and fun product.

There is nothing like this! I unwrapped my delivery, made the syrup, made some simple syrup, and waited patiently until "cocktail hour." Let me explain how delighted I was with the nuanced and sour (ish) coffee flavor of my 1st ever Country Club cocktail. Wow. Thank you Acid Buddy.
