When the drone finally arrived. It gets 5 stars. As for the delivery. As for the drone it is great. Disappointment here is in the delivery service to deliver both pieces. FEDEX is the slum of delivery sources. I will probably not do business with Drone Nerds because of the choice of FEXEX. They make appointment deadlines they never meet them. In this case the delivery required a signature and I had to have someone home for two days. It was very inconvenient. Drone Nerds shipped on time, but FEDXEX could not a delivery time if it were in the same building down the hall. I usually ask the delivery source and if FEDEX is the source I will not do business with companies that use them. THEY ARE ALWAYS LATE. Even in the day they promise to deliver they change the time 2 to 4 different times. That make you a captive in your house. A delivery that was due Sunday at 10:30 Am- 2:30 PM. FEDEX will fumble around and change the time repeatedly until Monday by the end of the day. This is the poorest planning and execution on the planet. I can get the same objects from Amazon in the same day delivered to my garage for $1. 99. Why would I ever as a company put my customers through this sorry and unacceptable treatment.
