French lace cathedral tulle veil

The veil is beautiful and we are very happy with the product. Customer service and communication really needs improvement. As a small business owner myself, you have to show that you care about each customer, and especially the ones waiting for paid itemsTimelines were off by many months we ordered early April and when asked about the product which was paid for, we were told many times different production and ship dates . It was stressful and we literally questioned if it was ever going to even show up. Re stating that it was handmade and in the queue did not match what we were told. It was ordered and paid in full with original delivery stated in an e mail for May 25th which gave it the 6-8 wk window for production and that was expected as the info can be found on the web site when an online order is placed After multiple emails and phone calls expressing very politely our concern, it was shipped end of this month. I think if we would have received a reassuring phone call or something we would not have started to panic I wish this company success as their veils and jewelry are beautiful and after looking around their social media its understood that they are moving towards veils and accessories. I hope they take this as an honest and constructive opportunity to communicate more and earlier on with paid customers left waiting and wondering. I get that this industry is very busy certain months of the year. Beautiful well made things
