Lemon Drop Collection

I lost my father on Christmas three years ago and he use to make the best Lemon Pound Cakes! This line reminds me of my father so much, I LOVE THIS COLLECTION!!! The lemon is not overpowering, its just right and amazing. Thank you so much Mel for this collection I love every product/item! My skin feels amazing!

The one star is not because of the product itself but it's because of the POOR customer service. I'm familiar with Melody Shari reality show which pointed out that she's all about her business. So I took her word on Instagram that 7th Avenue beauty had great customer service. Well I have not experienced that type of service from 7th Avenue beauty. I originally emailed the company to receive an estimated time of delivery as it had been a while. No response but what I did receive was an advertisement to purchase more products. Funny, but no response to my email. So, I finally received my black bag package but it was empty with a message from my local post office apologizing that there was a problem because they had to deliver a empty package. So I went to my local post office it was informed that all of the products had fallen out of obviously some sort of package and was all over their truck so they placed the items in a separate plastic bag because they didn't know where to deliver the products hoping that the customer would claim the products. I was thankful for that but when I returned home I realized that the orange scented body oil was not in the bag. So I went back to the post office and was informed that everything that was found loose in the truck was what they gave to me in the plastic bag. So I don't know if they just couldn't find it or if your company accidentally forgot to included that particular item. I did notice because of the oils from the product, the seal on your black bag is not that good so I could see how the products could loosely fall out because of the oil-based products loosening the adhesive on your black bag. It looks like that's what happened as to why my products had fallen out and as we know it's hot all over the land so that probably added to the seal becoming weak. Moving forward, I sent you an email the same day which was yesterday, Monday July 27th and once again DISRESPECTFULLY have not received a response but you've just sent me an email asking me to send a review of the product. What happened to GREAT customer service?
