I loved my backpack until one of the straps ripped off. To be honest I don't think it was sewn in properly. As you can see in the photo the stitching is still untouched however the strap is all tattered at the end. I'm going 2 try and fix it. Truly dissappointed. I'm definitely going to inspect my purchases right when I get them from now on. 🫤
