Sumo Sole Gen 5: Ouka

I love these shoes. They are both comfortable and eye catching. Everyone always compliments them. Love the design.

Good product, bad delivery

I am a client from Italy, a student athlete that put some money on the side to buy those shoes. I ordered them and after 3 weeks, they did not even ship me the product. I contacted the assistance and they told me my shoes had gone lost and they will send me a new pair. The new pair costed me another 40€ tax due to the custom clearence caused by their error. I got 5€ discount as an apology after spending 140€ on a pair of shoes that originally costs 70€ (+30€ of original shipping that were not a problem. For me that is not fair, If I didn’t contact the assistance, I’m sure I’d be waiting till now and even more. The shoes are really great but the experience with the purchase and delivery was not.

Exactly what I needed - feel more supportive than previous generations and the sole is super grippy. I wear half a size less than my normal shoe size.
