Lovely lovely Matcha
I had given up on drinking Matcha even though I love it since I could not be sure the cafes I was getting drinks from were sourcing their Matcha from reputable places. I did some research and found Soar. I liked the 3rd party testing report and gave it a try since there was a sale going on. I was so impressed by the Matcha I received, it's so crisp and delicious. I have to be careful not to drink too much at once but I have missed having Matcha in my life and this filled the void perfectly.

Sooooo good! I don’t know how to describe this other than it’s absolutely delicious. Great nutty & umami flavor with a hint of sweetness. I made it an iced latte with soy milk and puréed raspberries. Chef’s kiss. No barista matcha can compare.

Light and refreshing!
This is my third matcha from Soar Organics and needless to say they have done it again! Kawane is a bit lighter in flavour compared to the Uji or Kirishima but it's definitely got that subtle nuttiness and sweetness they talked about. No bitterness either, I've been drinking it almost every day.
