Peru – Medium Roast

This coffee is delicious! It’s very smooth and has a natural subtle sweetness. I found I like it best in my pour over rather than my espresso machine (my go to is the dark roast for espresso), but my wife really likes it as an espresso shot. It’s very versatile in that way and a great coffee all around. I take this roast to the fire station with me as it is the favorite amongst the crew!

The aroma and taste of this coffee are incredible . The smoothness allows me to drink several cups without any jitters or upset stomach. I can't recommend Airlift coffee enough!

Meduim roast often upsets my stomach but this was great.
