It's perfect.
It's about as good as you can get for hot weather. The collar isn't annoyingly loose but isn't tight either. The material and stitching give off a crew neck pullover vibe, not a t-shirt vibe. It fits great. I can't think of a caveat. I'll be getting more.

Great fit and functional
The fit of this shirt is perfect, particularly the mini-scoop fit. The shirt is also very breathable and will make for a great summer shirt.
