DC Solderless Pedalboard Kit

Very simple and easily constructed DIY custom DC power cables. I’ve been using 3 Monkeys custom power cables for a few years now and have never had one fail on me. The tips/cables are also easily reusable, so if you move pedals around on your board, you can use the same materials for your “new” cables. Would highly recommend these if you’re looking for custom solderless DC cables.

Fantastic Product

I have an unfortunate OCD issue with cable management on my pedal board, so the ability to make custom lengths is crucial. I had tried a solderless DC cable option from a competitor named after the hot stuff that comes out of volcanoes, and it was a disaster. That version required delicately stripping the wire with a special tool, and it never worked. I burned through so much cable just trying to get the stripping right. Pretty much gave up on the solderless DC cable idea for a couple years UNTIL I stumbled upon the website for 3 Monkeys. I was intrigued by the simplicity of their system: 1) Cut the wire flush 2) Twist on the connector. I bought their sample pack to give it a test drive, and discovered that the process was 100% as easy as advertised. I then bought the largest pedal board kit and assembled 10 cables, checking each one with a tester before installing. Each one was perfect with continuity and no shorts. 3 Monkeys Solderless gets a 10/10 from me. Just get them. You won’t be disappointed.
