Only received half my order and the packaging was changed too. I got intouch with genieclean customer service and they dealt with it instantly after i had sent video and pictures. The product itself is amazing stuff

Very impressed with this. My patio is very old so I wasn’t expecting to be perfectly clean but it’s done a great job. Lifted a lot of the dirt and algae. It’s a great price as well as brought with the BOGOF deal.
