Exchange needed

I had ordered 2 jars of Buffalo tallow based salve which I have used for years from Herd wear. Unfortunately, my order was filled with bear tallow so I contacted Herd Wear and they then exchanged the bear tallow salve for the Buffalo tallow salve. So all ended well! Herd wear is a good company run by kind and honest folk. I heartily recommend them!
