Intake Sauna Breathing Starter Kit - 15 Uses

These have helped tremendously with my sleep. I wear my Garmin watch while sleeping to track my O2 and noticed before wearing these my O2 readings would dip down to 88 or so. After wearing these the last couple of weeks my O2 readings stay in the mid to upper 90s. My only reason for 4 stars is how expensive they are and only last 15 days with the supply of stickers. Tip: pull the metal from stickers and use medical tape to reuse them and never run out. I can’t justify spending $80 a month just for stickers with cheap metal attached. Otherwise these are great!

I love this sauna. It heats up quickly, holds the heat and was super easybto assemble. I love that I can bring it anywhere.
