Huo Mountain Yellow Tea is one of my favorites, in addition to Heritage Green. Sitting down with a hot cup of Huo Mountain tea on a wintry day is so comforting and delicious. The flavor is subtle yet satisfying — slightly grassy, mellow, and smooth. During warmer weather, it is refreshing.
