Overall impressions

This was my first purchase from Hoffmans. Shipped quickly. Order was accurate. The soap quality is excellent. It lathers well and is very slick improving razor glide. I had about 5 days of growth and used a brand new blade. 3 pass shave with Oli Works razor and aggressive plate. It was an excellent shave with no razor burn and the lather was slick even after the final application. The scent smells great snd is subtle. The after shave also smells great. Subtle and made my skin feel great post shave. The reason i only gave 4 stars was the EDP. It also smells great but lacks projection and is weak on longevity. I have used it several times and can really only get about a hour out of it. Its more of a cologne than a EDP. It does describe it as a EDP cologne but there is a difference between the 2. Cost is very reasonable for the entire set. I will definitely purchase more soaps and splashes.
