Very well constructed Cloke

I am sorry but I can only say what I did in the title. MY Mistake, I am not a stand around guy. I did not realize the cloke did not have arms on it. I work most of the time and I have no way to wear the cloke why working. It would be great wearing it to a football game during the winter, open stadium.
