Polar Hair Care Instant Dark Brown Dye Shampoo 200ml

I ordered a Polar Hair Care shampoo on 6 June and received it on 14 June, despite the website claiming delivery in as little as 3 days. The Shop app tracking never updated and only showed "Waiting for details" until the package arrived. After receiving the product, I noticed several differences compared to Polar shampoos I've previously purchased from Amazon: packaging box was flimsy, missing leaflet and gloves, no cardboard flap, a skewed front label, and no back label. These discrepancies raised concerns about authenticity and quality, so I decided not to use it. I previously emailed about tracking and received no response. I have now requested a refund and will update this review depending on the outcome.

Love this so easy to use and great colour
