Yabukita Single Cultivar Matcha

I love the Kirishima Ceremonial Matcha and tge Uji and decided to give the Yabukita a try. It has a bolder flavor which holds up well in lattes but is a too strong for my taste by itself. I started mixing a 1/4 teaspoon of the Yabukita with a 1/4 of the Kirishima or Uji Ceremonial Matcha and wow! The flavor in my lattes is amazing. Highly recommended if you enjoy a bolder flavor or mixing for an unexpected delicious treat.
