The Canalyst Programming Kit eventually worked great. When it first arrived I didn't know what to do with it, no instructions, no software. I called eco battery support and they had me do a couple things, then they remotely took over my laptop and installed and ran the software to upgrade the firmware. Pretty slick. Took only a few minutes. Maybe a note or something on your website that says instructions are call eco support.
