Cushioned Martingale Collar - Black

Bought size A for my 9kg terrier, it was too small and didn't fit over his head, only just fit over the head of my other 5kg shih tzu. Did the swap and got the next size up size B but it was too large and wasn't safe for him to wear as he could slip out. Really need a size in-between for small dogs and a better measuring guide. I will say though I was very impressed with the customer service! I got emails back within the day, the swap was free and there was no messing around sending the other collar back.
