Runs small and ships late

The fit runs much smaller than advertised (yes I measured myself) and arrived 4 days after the late end of the delivery window given at checkout with very poor tracking information the whole way. Size ran about 1.5 sizes too small--and be warned if you need to exchange sizes-- you have to pay the shipping to return it as well as shipping on the new item. Quality of the jersey and the print job is pretty good, but everything else about it was a hassle.
