PottyMagic Potty Training Underwear

I can’t say whether the product is good or not because by the time I received it, she was potty trained. I tried tirelessly to return them, but even though I was within my return window, the customer service was slow to respond and made it seem as though a return was VERY difficult and time consuming. In lieu of returning my money after returning the product, they pushed a 20% discount and I could keep them. Again…I didn’t need them anymore. This took over my life for over a week and I caved to their offer. I would highly discourage anyone from purchasing from them.

They said I would get two free gifts, a preschool guide book and a mystery gift each of $10 a piece I didn't get either one of those free gifts, the underwear are not sized nearest accurate as it should be when you're measuring if you go off of the sizing chart and there's absolutely no way these are waterproof. I'm extremely disappointed and I don't like having false advertisements especially when I look in my recent shop history and it actually says I received these two free gifts from the store that obviously I did not receive at all and it took forever for me to get these five diapers that don't fit her anyway and they are definitely not waterproof. I'm definitely going to try to return these and I'm definitely an unsatisfied customer and I and unsatisfied and this like the fact that shop would allow a shop to portray deals and stuff like that they are not actually true. There is no $20 free gifts coming your way is all hoax

I bought these for my grandchildren. My daughter has a boy and a girl and so far they are making potty training so much easier!! Would definitely recommend!!
