Anua doesn’t care about their customers

I am extremely disappointed with Anua’s customer service and will never order from this company again. One of the products I paid for was missing from my order. When I contacted customer support, instead of simply helping resolve the issue, they demanded a photo of the shipping label from the box. Unfortunately, I had already thrown the box away because I had no reason to believe a large company would require customers to save their packaging just in case an item was missing. I was then told that providing the shipping label is part of their policy. While that may be their policy, it feels like they automatically assume customers are being dishonest rather than trying to help when a legitimate mistake occurs. It’s incredibly frustrating to spend your hard-earned money, not receive everything you paid for, and then be treated as if you’re the one doing something wrong. For a company of this size, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable process for handling missing items. Taking a customer’s money, failing to deliver the full order, and then refusing to help because a shipping box was discarded is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Anua again.

Amazing cleanser

This duo is amazing! It’s gentle on skin . It’s visibly noticeable after first use. After using this and their perm hydraullonic acid spray I’ve received nothing but compliments. Will continue to buy these products.
