They take up to a week to make sure nothing is wrong with it, which i do appreciate, and came quick too, it worked, a lil dusty but was taken care of, i did have ti buy a powerbrick cause they one they sent me was broken, but other than that. The item workes fine.

Great console! Came with all the wires and a controller. If you’re having the issue where you cannot download an update, you need an internal storage atrachment. They’re about $35 for 500GB. Plug it into the xbox and it should work amazingly. I believe Retro Jakes sells one on their website. My “cosmetically flawed” was a few scratches as any pre loved console would have. Im definitely ordering more games!
