ERGO SLEEVE™ 4 in 1 Ergonomic Workstation Set

Cute but doesn’t feel that sturdy

I needed a laptop case so I guess it’s better than nothing. However, the case itself seems very thin. I have a 13” laptop and I don’t really like how it has the extra material sticking out on the sides to fit more sizes. I have a backpack sleeve meant to fit a 13” but the case makes it bigger than that since it fits up to 16”. When I setup the supporting riser as a workstation it really doesn’t feel that stable and I question the long term functionality of this item, especially for this high price point, as even after only a week it seems like it’s not really going to last. They have videos showing how to add a pen under the laptop to make the slant perfectly flush but in my opinion that should have been considered during production. Mine didn’t include the “free” camera covers and although “valued at” $18 they refunded $5 only for that. Be aware a return will require you to pay the shipping back to Austria, which I decided probably wasn’t worth the expense, so I guess I’m keeping it only until I find a better one and then donate it.

Not for working on your lap

I saw this advertised and thought what a great idea. However, I’m only giving 4 stars today. I usually work on my Mac Book Pro from my chair in the living room. When I’m doing serious work, I use my iMac in my office. Well I found the Ergo Sleeve very floppy while sitting in my favorite chair. After all, a laptop is a LAPtop right, though it did fit inside the sleeve perfectly.The Maine Ergo Sleeve did not support the Mac Book Pro while sitting in my chair as I had expected so I was very disappointed. Yes it’s great for using on a desk as it should be. I wish the base was structured because there is no way I can use it as expected. Great idea for desk work. Sorry.
