The large was a perfect fit on my FX2. It's a nice course size which allows finer matter through but traps larger plant matter. I also got a medium which, in my opinion, is also perfect for my 207. It is recommended to get a large for the 207 but now that I have a large on my FX2 there is no way a large would fit in the tank I have my 207 in. Medium size is perfect.

Threw this on a Fluval C4 and it makes a heck of a difference. Lots of surface area on the intake sponge so it won’t plug up your intake plus lots of area for beneficial bacteria. Love it!
