Came exactly as described, even better infact, craftsmanship and build quality are as good as you will see, such a cool device, customer service was faultless updated every step of the way, easy and worth it. This is the first of three products I've received and already looking at the rest of what you guys offer

The shipment arrived quickly after I placed my order. I am extremely satisfied with my product - high-quality switches, easy setup, and it does what it says it does well. The instructions in the box are in Mandarin, but they provide an English printout. Connecting to Wi-Fi on my mobile phone made it easy to update the software. My only complaint is that it would be nice to have custom photos or more options. The CPU/GPU/RAM stats don't appear for me, but I didn't care to use that feature, so I am sure it works just fine. The electric output does work, and it's nice to see the power flow.

Very satisfied! But I can't find a way to turn off the screen by long-pressing like on the "NK6".
