I haven’t received the product and I purchased it in Aug. the company is poor at communicating. I had to send multiple emails and DMs to get a response. This order never arrived. They apparently sent out a replacement which still hasn’t arrived. Apparently customs now holds products less than 100 usd?. I’ve shopped internationally but never had any issues. The one time I did the company settled it within hours and I was also offered a 20% off discount for my next purchase. This company seems like a big scam.
