The bag is great but I ordered in early March. It was delivered June 1. I contacted UM 3 different times inquiring about my order. On the 3rd inquiry they finally said we sent you 2 emails with order questions. I never received the emails. They had my phone number, why not call?! Terrible customer service. I really like their products but who wants to wait over 6 weeks for an order?!!! Buyer beware!!!
