I too suffer from kicking knees/elbows syndrome. These guards have been a recovery saver. I wear them every sparring session. 1 less thing to worry about, no more coming home limping in search for ice packs. I've also recommended them to everyone else at the gym. If only scraphouse would come out with knee guards next as mine are falling apart.
