The Low-Low Tumbler Trimmer

I dont have an issue with the product. Actually i think its a very cool idea. My issue is with the company. It took an entire month. I ordered on a weekend which I figured that Monday it would be seen or actually worked on by a human. I received the email that label was created. I didn’t think anything about and actually forgot that I had ordered it. Then about 2 weeks later I get an email that she is going on vacation. I quolook to see the status of my order and it was still in the same place as previous- label created. I emailed back with the date of my order and asked what was going on. Still to this day no response on that email. I guess when she got back she sent it; but it took a whole 30 days. I’m all fir small business but that is not cool. I actually thought i had gotten scammed.
