The Ivory Backpack

Customer service started of well. Went down hill after. I did get a response well after delivery apologizing for no response. Sad that the product did not fully arrive as pictured. The top handle showed as the same material as the backpack. Handle arrived as cord material that is not a very good match color wise. I do like the backpack style and size.

I love the floral design, the size, and all of the pockets .

A little smaller than I expected, but otherwise very pleased!
