Women's Outdoor Softshell Straight-Leg Zipper Pocket Pants

The pants are very bulky. More like a snow pant than a hiking pant which is what I was looking for. The bottoms are very flared and that will make them difficult to hike in as well. Finally I might have been OK in a smaller size but Baleaf doesn't straight exchange sizing. You have to return what you can't use for a fee, and while waiting on the return, you have to order another size. The return process is cumbersome as it goes thru an approval and then they send you another email with a link. My link never arrived- although their marketing emails seems to have no problems! I don't know if what I eventually did to return the pants will get me a refund or not. I am done with Baleaf.
