USDA Choice Boneless Ribeye Steak

I wanted to give you some feedback on the ribeyes from this order. They were cut noticeably thinner than what we've received previously, and the thickness really affects the quality, cooking and presentation for us. If the thinner cuts were intended as a cost-saving measure, I would actually prefer thicker ribeyes, even if that means paying a higher price. Consistency and quality are more important to us than reducing the cost per steak. Please let me know what options you have for thicker cuts going forward. We'd like to get back to the specifications we've received in the past, or discuss an appropriate thickness and pricing adjustment.

Ribeye is my personal favorite cut. These steaks are the best I have eaten and I will definitely be ordering more soon. Thanks!
