The actual physical shipping out of my item was taking forever. Had not even been processed. So I’d emailed to just cancel the order and refund me. They charge me $10 and 10% fee of the total order. Now mind you the item/order had not even been processed to leave there facility yet. And they had the audacity to actually charge me those fees. Then said they could ship the fragrance out in four day. if I didn’t want to be charged. It had already been a week and 3 days. Business days! So i took the hit on the charges and wiped my gand of this seller. Jeffscents is shady and dishonest. They could have just issue an apology and a refund and i would have deen here giving a 5 star review. Nevertheless, here we are. I would be careful ordering here. Extremely slow processing and I could not tell you avout the shipping, because it never happened. Buyers beware. Btw, i but about 3 to six fragrances a week. From different fragrance house/sellers. This was so far my worst experience.
