We found the perfect dress, they have a huge range to choose from. we ordered at the beginning of February and were told it would be here April. We didn’t hear anything, when I contacted them they told us end of May. By June we were getting really worried and contacted them again. Didn’t get an email back so 2 weeks before the Prom panick phone call to be told in came in 2 days ago, booked an appointment to collect. The lady gave my daughter the dress with no offer of help to try it on. I helped her into the dress and she came out the changing room to show her sister and grandma - no member of staff came over to see if she was okay or was happy with the dress. We went to the till someone told us to sign for the dress and off we went. After paying £400 for a dress I would expect better customer service, at least someone to check if we were okay. It’s very much a money making business once they’ve got your order that’s it’s they don’t really care when you get the dress or if you are happy with it. We left very disappointment and wouldn’t use again
