Saw Proms & Beyond advertised on Facebook. On a positive note the store is well stocked and nicely decorated. They promise a VIP Experience, unfortunately our experience was nowhere near VIP. We weren’t even greeted upon arrival & the shop was super busy. Our so called ‘personal stylist’ was held up with a previous client so we were kept waiting approximately 20mins. We were placed with a girl who could barely string a sentence together and seemed to know very little about things to the point where I stopped listening to her and she just disappeared. I helped my Daughter choose some dresses to try on and we waited for our ‘stylist’ to become available. My Daughter hated every minute of it and her words were ‘I just want to get a dress so I can get this over and done with’ despite me saying we could get one elsewhere. In my opinion the dress is not worth the price we paid and it wasn’t available for collection until approximately 2wks before prom despite the fact all parties knew it would need to be amended. Adjustments are not done by the shop which is crazy and so you have to source your own seamstress at extra cost. Promising a VIP Experience in your advertising and not delivering on this is disappointing. Our expectations were certainly not met. I purchased the dress because my Daughter fell in love with it and not wanting to disappoint her even more but I wouldn’t recommend Proms & Beyond because their lack of attentiveness didn’t meet anywhere near their VIP promise on what should have been a special day.

I highly recommend Proms and Beyond! We got five star treatment from start to finish. On the first day when we went to choose a dress we were listened to about the sort of dress we were looking for and given multiple choices to try. Our stylist offered guidance and support throughout and my daughter quickly found her stunning dream dress!! At the second visit for the collection and final fitting, our stylist offered us a hoop skirt to try under the dress but when my daughter chose not to accept there was no pushing from the stylist. When my daughter felt her dress was a little bigger around the bust area than she had remembered the stylist went to get another member of staff to see what could be done. The dress fit perfectly everywhere else so she offered advice on things we could do to help my daughter feel more comfortable in the big day. She left feeling very happy with her perfect prom dress. The staff were second to none and I would recommend Proms and Beyond to anyone looking for a truly VIP experience!

We can not recommend prom & beyond enough, they we're absolutely great, we came on February 1st for my daughter to pick a prom dress out which she ended up choosing a dress that the staff member had picked out for her which was just perfect for her. So of course she said YES To The Dress. Thank you again 😊
