Premium Hojicha Powder

This hojicha is smooth, roasty, and velvety. It has strong notes of dark chocolate and smoke. My criticism is that it is quite smoky, leaving an almost burned flavor on the back of my tongue. this is the first hojicha i’ve tried, but i’m going ti explore other options to find one less smoky.

I'm really addicted to Hojicha matcha lattes now. This is a delightful nutty, chocolate and toasty taste. Holds up well in lattes. Really delicious! Adorable packaging as well. Nice inner knobbed cap to keep the Hojicha fresh.
